We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We make every effort to offer excellent customer support, however, we are not responsible for buyer's remorse or errors made by the buyer during the ordering process and the order is shipped to the customer. In considering the effect on the company we charge a 15% restocking fee for buyer's remorse or if the incorrect product is ordered by the customer during their ordering process. Returns are only accepted and the restocking fee applied to products returned in the original unopened packaging.
